CTC has introduced its biggest IT project of the last decade. After carrying out a thorough investigation and study, it has reached an agreement with SAP (Cyprus) for the implementation of the SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) across the entire spectrum of its operations, from financials and controlling to distribution, service, warehouse management, to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Supply Chain Management. CTC does not consider this project as a technical software implementation but as a strategic project which will radically transform the way the Organisation functions. The new system will release information, usually the management's privilege, thus making it a first line tool, rendering the Organisation speed and flexibility. Such a system will also offer more transparency since all procedures will be pre-determined and defined. We aim at a high performance Organisation based on the hierarchy of systems and procedures rather than that of persons.
